AMC Pacer Spindles
The Pacer spindle is a modular design which allows the spindle to interchange from left to right by flipping the steering arm. Spindle features a 7 Degree pin inclination and 1 1/2" per foot upper ball joint taper. Spindle also uses the same spindle pin as the Mustang II/Pinto which accepts Granada or Hybrid style rotors.
Caliper bracket for GM Metric caliper is sold separately.
Popularly used on Modified chassis, the 1975-1980 AMC Pacer Re-Creation Spindle is taller, lighter, and stronger than other units. This three piece spindle includes an improved king pin angle and closer bump steer. Manufactured in the USA from forged 4130 alloy steel, spindle weighs just 9.4lbs, has a 8 5/8" ball joint spread, 7 degree king pin angle, and 5 3/8" steering arm length.
